How long does each session last?

The first sports psychology consultation is approximately one hour. Subsequent sessions last approximately forty minutes.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes we do. We operate a strict cancellation policy. In cases where cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance of appointment the full fee is payable. (See Cancellation under Fees for details).
