Cancellation fees apply according to the conditions laid out in the table below

Deposit

Do I pay a deposit when I make an appointment?
No. You pay the full fee when you turn up for your appointment . You can pay by cash or cheque. Once you make an appointment you agree to the cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your appointment. Cancellation fees increase closer to the time of your appointment. You are liable for this fee when you make an appointment. This is to facilitate other clients and to respect both psychologist’s time and clinic time.

The cancellation fee applies no matter how valid your reason for not attending the appointment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations by email or phone answering service only come into effect when the office contact you to acknowledge they have received your cancellation.
