Gold : 10 Hour Package

Many teams choose to commit to ten consulting hours per week over a set period of time. Consultations take place in The Galway Clinic, Doughiska, Galway.

This package includes
Ten clinical hours each week at a pre-determined time slot based around players’ schedule to incorporate services and interventions as outlined.
Specific services and appropriate interventions as outlined in Services under About Us.
Regular meetings with a designated member(s) of the team management.
Attendance at one training session per week where feasible.
Attendance at matches away and home where feasible.

Silver : Player Profile

Each profile takes approximately 3-3.5 hours to complete. This includes a 60 – 90 minute consultation with each player during which time they will be required to fill out a number of assessments and discuss relevant issues. During the consultation, where time permits – and if requested – appropriate psychological skills training to deal with anxiety reduction or any issue which requires immediate attention is dealt with. Management are given a report for each player, the details of which are listed below.

Each Player will receive
Instruction on psychological skills to enhance performance

Bronze : Single Consultation

It is possible to avail of a single consultation with an athlete. Time allocated is approximately forty minutes to one hour.
